Duties and responsibilities of the job

A Sales Supervisor - Industrial is a mature role, and as such has some important duties and responsibilities to fulfil, with both short and long-term goals to achieve.

The job description for this vacancy recruiting by DC Tech is detailed by some of the below tasks and objectives:

  • Sticking properly to sales process to ensure business targets under his/her scopes are met.
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing key accounts and clients.
  • Manage some product lines such as: Electroplating chemicals, casting materials, Lab equipment, Software & RP machines
  • Conduct trainings, assign workloads as well as doing supervision the team with detailed evaluations upon the team’s performance.
  • Increasing client base
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of consultancy sales which based much upon technical value proposition and analysis.
  • Making business proposals to the Sales and Marketing Manager to ensure consecutive development of the Industrial Team of DC Tech.
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs within the Industries covered by DC Tech.
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams from the Industries concerned.
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.
  • Achieve monthly metric goals by driving growth with existing DC Tech’s key accounts and clients.
  • Increase customer awareness, engagement and retention by educating technical aspects of DC Tech’s products to prospects and clients.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager.

Job qualifications and requirements

  • Integrity, passionate, and self- disciplined.
  • Business Development
  • Key Account Management
  • Solid understanding of technical sales process based upon consultancy towards clients.
  • High-level communication skills.
  • Bachelor Degree, preferably related to chemical or material engineering.
  • English proficiency, additional languages such as Korean, Japanese or Chinese, Khmer is a plus.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Sales or Service Management in previous jobs, most preferable knowledge and experience in electroplating, casting process or Lab.
  • Experienced working with foreign accounts/clients.
  • Experienced in Team management and development is a must
  • Willing to travel and working overtime.
  • Be able to establish pricing policies for those customers under the Sales Supervisor – Industrial’s responsibilities.
