Company Profile:

Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a reputable European manufacturer of industrial equipment. Our client, the market leader in their field, is seeking a talented sales executive with at least 3-5 years’ industrial equipment sales experience, for the job Sales Manager. This is homebased job and open for both candidate in Ha Noi or Ho Chi Minh City.

Job Summary:

Reporting to Regional Sales Manager (expat), the Sales Manager will work independently, take care current distributors and explore new clients to achieve sales target in whole Vietnam territory.

Job Responsibilities:

- Plan to ensure achievement of territory and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.

- Sell to existing and potential direct accounts as well as provide sales support to distribution partners to participate in closing and order or to facilitate and add value to the selling process

- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them

- Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.

- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates at distributors as they generate leads and close new deals

- Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans

- Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions

- Prepare reporting as needed

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Must hold Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

- At least 3-5 years of sales experience in industrial equipment with proven track of record.

- Having experience in managing & developing distributors. 

- Willing to travel across Vietnam.

- Good communication in Vietnamese and English.

- Open for candidate in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City.
