Mô tả Công việc

  • Assist clients with general questions & product questions (retail products for domestic market include packed cashew, walnut, pistachio and almond, snacks)
  • Answer live online chat during normal business hours;
  • Engage with clients to achieve a sale or opportunity to meet with a sales person;
  • Follow up with all online price quotes via e-mail and phone;
  • Respond to all inquiries promptly (within same business day);
  • Ability to learn all products inside and out so all questions can be answered
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward clients at all times;
  • Coordinate with shippers for delivery local market on time;

  • Education: Vocational School/Diploma;
  • Good English communication;
  • Good customer services skills;
  • Good Microsoft Oficce skills;
