Mô tả Công việc

  • Doing market research about industry trends, market activities, and competitors when necessary
  • Preparing sales kits (sales material, portfolios, CVs when necessary, etc)
  • Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
  • Working on sales proposal for customers and coordinate with technical leader to work on technical solution proposal
  • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities;
  • Preparing reports (weekly report, sales report, in-progress project report, etc) by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
  • Co-operating with development team when necessary
  • Taking part in marketing activities, events to promote company’s brand & images
  • Supporting translation and interpretation when necessary
  • Other jobs required by managers

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

MUST HAVE:

  • MS office: especially M.S word, excel, power point, MS project
  • Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Negotiation skills
  • Planning & Sales Planning, Motivation for Sales
  • Be able to work independently
  • Time management & teamwork skills
  • Understanding about Japanese culture & working style
  • NICE TO HAVE:
  • IT background or understanding about IT industry and outsourcing industry
  • Familiar with sketch drawing tools or plan making tool
  • Working experience in IT field
  • Working experience in sales position or BA position
  • Have experience in living in Japan or working with Japanese customers
  • Have experience in living abroad
  • Be able to go for business trip when required

  • European market
  • Japanese market
