Mô tả Công việc
HR - C&B
- Make sure that staff data/ information and dossier filing system are updated in accurate, confidential and timely manner;
- Prepare, produce HR reports and analysis periodically as per request;
- Reviewing and following up HR policy and procedure; help HR Manager administer discipline matters if any;
- Ensure good relation with the staff, give quick and proper answers to their concerns if any;
- Conduct and calculate monthly salary/pay slip in accurate and timely manner to all staff based on actual attendance sheet, time recording, OT request…as regulated;
- Support for salary review, bonus and promotion/re-allocation in line with salary policy. Help administer various benefits & allowances;
- Manage timekeeping records, employees’ annual leave and others;
- Follow up labor contract, leave management and social insurances;
- Support to conduct recruitment and training as required;
- Execute manpower report periodically to Labor department as required;
- Assistance and support to HR & Admin Manager in preparing of HR & Admin policy and procedure if any;
- Implement insurance declaration, report, close and registration periodically and ensure that in compliance with law on social/health/unemployment insurance;
- Observe and conduct the healthcare insurance annually and claims hereto.
- In charge of healthcare insurance and annual health checkup as stipulated;
- Administrate internal HRMS tool, ensure it runs smoothly, updated and correctly;
IT & Admin
- Proceed, follow up the procedure and necessary documents for expatriates, e.g. Work permit, TRC, passport, visa…;
- Contact and support outsourcing IT company to oversee IT system running effectively, smoothly and security;
- Manage and supervise GEVN’s assets, office equipment and administer office in safe and security manner;
- Oversee and Office administer in tidy, clean, safe and good condition;
- Follow and make payment of office rental and house leasing for expatriates.
- Setting up plan and schedule for maintenance of office equipment and system.
Purchase & Others
- Execute purchasing of assets, office equipment in compliance with SOP/policy and follow them as regulated.
- Supervise and follow the purchase for GEVN in economic and effective manner.
- Implement others ad-hoc assigned by HR & Admin Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor Degree in Biz Admin., Human Resource Management or Psychology, or related fields…
- At least 2 years of Human Resources experience in C&B and administration
- Able to work independently, high teamwork and sense of responsibility
- Deep knowledge of C&B management with a command of HR practices and policies and labor regulation/legislation.
- Able to adapt to changes, and develop solutions through analytical, interpretative, evaluative, creative and innovative thinking.
- Good communication in English and other staffs
- Internal: Concerned colleagues in company
- External: Suppliers, vendors, Labor Dept., Tax office, Social Agency, Partners…related to HR & Admin. activities
