Mô tả Công việc

1. Trade Marketing (60%)

  • To develop and execute the Trade Marketing Plan in achieving the marketing and sales objectives in all channels through the implementation of appropriate in-store developments, promotions and product mix.
  • To lead in the conceptualization and execution of trade promotions, from promotion mechanics, POSM design concepts, stock planning, to the final mile of trade implementation with seamless execution.
  • To champion and execute strategic and customized multi-brand campaigns to leverage and strengthen one BEL brand.
  • To have the outer-in mindset of leveraging on brands’ consumer insights and relevant shopper insights in the developing of channel strategies to engage and convert shoppers.
  • To customize and implement successful product merchandising planograms in different retailers in order to optimize shopper conversions and engagements.
  • To understand category optimization and management principles, and the ability to analyse the historical sales records so as to recommend category performance improvements.
  • To analyse the effectiveness of all trade promotion plans implemented in areas of products, tactics, trade investments and displays, and recommend appropriate improvement plans.
  • To effectively manage A&P resources with effective allocation and utilization of marketing funds in line with brand and channel strategies.
  • To stay abreast on current market environment and gather trade intelligence in activities, products and pricing executed by competitors and other suppliers.
  • To collaborate closely with internal key stakeholders so as to ensure seamless execution of all plans and promotions.

2. Sales Operation (40%)

  • Build up clear vision and ambitious strategy to develop the Sales Operations according to expected standard of company and region.
  • Navigate the development activities and coaching/training implementations towards the mission to upgrade quality, behavior and progress of Operations team, especially Field Force execution.
  • Set up the framework with clear Role & Responsibility of focused positions to identify required Competencies & Capabilities and develop full cycle of Performance Assessment process (Objective Setting, Performance review and Development plan). Build a breeding ground for Talents through Talent Matrix which helps to identify/retain/develop talents for succession planning.
  • Directly work with Head Quarter & Regional team to localize Sales Force Architecture implementation and outline the transition roadmap to evolve Operations team to desired future roles.
  • Support the Partnership (Availability, Visibility, P4P program) approach with development of guidelines of execution, verbalization and performance tracking to achieve the setting targets & objectives of business and brand.
  • Work with external parties to deliver necessary courses, in-door training to promote and instill Commercial & Entrepreneurial mindset and Company values.
  • Develop KPI & Incentive plan to maximize quality of Field Force execution and motivate good behaviors and performance from individual/team. Design the effective trade compliance to ensure data accuracy and proper execution according to company policies & procedures.
  • Monitor the allocated budget to design & develop working tools to ensure high-class execution and promote the professional image on trade.
  • Build up recruitment process, allowance structure with Distributor/HR to ensure the effectiveness of attracting talent/right people for organization and according to headcount/budget plan.
  • Assist Head of Operations in other tasks/assignments to develop effective Operations strategy.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Possessed at least 10 years of regional experience as a Sales Operation Manager and Trade Marketing Manager within the FMCG sector.
  • Experience in project management, accompanied by strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Data driven with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to think creatively
  • Proactive attitude
