Job Description

  • Welding material export business performs the following tasks:
  • Collect market information from customers and partners;
  • Finding new customers and markets through: contacting customers at conferences, seminars, fairs, information from partners, newspapers, internet ...
  • Make sales plan, negotiate transactions, offer price with customers, trade contracts.
  • Statistics of delivery schedule; schedule delivery for each order; Check export documents (invoice, CO, quality registration, inspection ...) sent to customers and relevant units.
  • Keep track of visitors' money and payment schedule; follow customer debt.
  • Payment of freight, inspection and insurance costs incurred for export shipments.
  • Settling complaints (if any); monitor and control irregular contract performance costs in the month.
  • Perform related reports.

Job Requirements

  • Graduated from University or higher in economics: Foreign Trade, Import and Export, Business Administration.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience of 2 years or more working in foreign companies or companies specializing in exporting garment, furniture, footwear, mechanics ...)
  • Be careful, handle quick situations.
  • Active, progressive spirit.
  • Willing to travel at home and abroad.
