Sales Performance

  • Achieve the agreed sales volume, value, share and contribution target for all USG BORAL products and services.
  • Fully understand market situation, customer behavior and sales performance.

Market Information and Sales Analysis

  • Responsible for on time submission of daily, weekly market report which includes, price monitoring, competitor awareness, USG BORAL activities analysis.
  • Responsible for sales performance analysis which includes customer performance tracking and customer business review
  • To timely provide feedback and insight from the marketplace to Regional Sales Manager

Customer Management

To follow USG BORAL Customer Management Process and achieve the maximum co-operation from customers and efficient sales operation in assigned area through:

  • Weekly and Monthly Action Plan
  • Customer Visit

P.O.P. Management and Marketing Activities

Sales and Transportation Forecast

  • Assist Regional Sales Manager for sales forecast and transportation estimate
  • Help RSM to on time submit the sales forecast and transportation estimate to USG BORAL customer service
  • To discuss and review sales forecast with Regional Sales Manager and agree action plan


  • Ensure company’s selling tools and all support materials are fully exploited for the mutual benefit of USG BORAL and customers
  • To ensure that all responsibilities and tasks follow customer management working process and all proposals follow USG BORAL format


Mainly with Distributors, Sub-dealers, Key installers, Spec & Project Sales, Marketing, CS

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills, influential

  • Adequate computer skills - MS Office
  • Conversional English

  • Minimum 01-year sales experience in construction material or 2-year consumer product industry.
