Mô tả Công việc

1. Detect and sign new business in assigned territory (40%)

  • Timely discover and well understand the industrial gas needs of potential customers in assigned territory and assigned market.

  • Qualify prospects, provide solution and consultation to customers, negotiate and sign new contract.

  • Develop effective solution and high quality of proposal, contract and supporting documents for discussion and contract negotiation with customers.

  • Be a coordinator in cost/ solution optimization in project development phase.

2. Existing customer management (20%)

  • Deliver ALV’s contractual commitment to customers.

  • Capture existing and potential needs of customers, actively to propose suitable solution to satisfy the change of customer’s demand in order to ensure customer’s loyalty and sales growth for ALV.

  • Timely and effectively handle customer complaints and relating contractual issues such as prices, delivery, quality, collection,...

  • Regular visits to customers, building good relationship with customers, and ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Territory and basin management (20%)

  • Conduct market study, establish customer database and maintain regular update for assigned territory.

  • Establish basin report for dense/ hot area.

  • Promote company image and products through selective events, influencing partners, nice equipments at customer’s sites.

  • Timely and informative report to Business Activities Report system (BAR+) after each customer contact (visit, email, phone).

4. Focussed market and new gas application market management (20%)

  • Study and be competent in gas applications. Be champion of one ALTEC application.

  • Well adapt to focussed market following company strategy in specific period

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • This position will report to Bulk Business Manager.

  • Location: Ha Noi

  • University degree of Chemistry/Business Administration/ Foreign trade/ Technical (prefer: chemistry, technical (mechanical, engineering)

  • Good at writing and speaking skills in English and Vietnamese

  • 1-4 years experience in technical sales with industrial products, preferably in a multinational organization with engineering/technical background.

  • Preferable territory of Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Thai Nguyen

  • Preferable experience in working for FDI enterprise with ERP and solution product which require customer production process

  • High adaptability & learning; Strong communication, negotiation & pro-activeness.

  • Market orientation, practical and achieving great results.

  • Project management; careful/attention to detail; willing to learn and explore technical issues

  • Ability to work in a team environment, mature minded as well as able to work independently with initiative.
