Mô tả Công việc

Responsible for growth in sales, market share within specific geographic territory.

• Achieving sales growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

• Continually review and develop your customers “Partnership Growth Plan”.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

• Participation in product and other trainings, in (regional) sales meetings as well as in national activities.

• Participation in fairs, road shows, seminars, and exhibitions. Represent the company in the market to solve problems & conflicts, control the distribution to ensure steady development.

• Be responsible for collecting debt. Ensure aging dates and overdue are under control.

Building value added relationships with key distributors in the region.

• Develop and be accountable for establishing strong business relationships with new dealers / distributors to gain market share & coverage.

• Implement selling tactics that focus on delivering the desired financial results to distribution.

Delivering the brand message to distribution.

• Work with the dealer sales team, at dealer events, sales and training days to ensure the Milwaukee brand message is effectively communicated.

Providing feedback from the field related to:

• Competition, dealer / distribution channels, applications and products.

• Effectiveness of policies and programs.

Support the Regional Sales Manager in Professional development of the Vietnam sales team.

• Recruit, interview & hire new direct reports, striving to develop a diverse work team.

• Train, coach & mentor direct reports for continuous improvement in performance.

• Develop goals and evaluate performance of direct reports toward achieving those goals.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Academic & Experience:

 •        Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is highly preferred.     

•        4 - 6 years successful selling experience (achieving targets) with strong emphasis on commercial sales.

•        Practical minded with a technical / mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and apply new product or technical knowledge. 

•        Determination to build a career with a forward-thinking business.

General:

•        Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.

•        Experience managing a high-performance sales team.

•        Languages – Native Vietnamese language and knowledge of English preferred.

•        Good IT skills e.g., MS Office, PowerPoint, Internet etc.

•        Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving and relationship building skills. 

•        Excellent planning and time management skills.

•        A highly motivated self-starter with strong individual and team working skills.

•        Ability to work varied hours/days as required by the business.
