Mô tả Công việc

- To assist the manager & a service team in making quotations, contracts about spare-parts, maintenance, repairing or new replacement Hitachi Air-conditioning systems.

- Control & arrange schedule works to Service Center B2B & B2C, follow all service contracts were signed from time of beginning to ending.

- Maintain & develop service contracts/ spare-part contract providing were signed & will be signed in the future.

Take care & respond to the customer about the price which relate to spare-part, maintenance, repairing work, new replacement work… if customer required.

A. PRIMARY Responsibilities:

- To assist service manager / service center do documents internal & external from office to customers.

- Working under manager controlling / managing director.

- Make reports according to manager / managing director’s inquiries.

- Knowledge about spare-parts as well as repairing work, replacement work.., in Air-conditioning, Chiller field to make quotation, service contract & submit to the customer.


  • Improve after sales service support in Vietnam market
  • Ensure proper follow up to customer inquiries, project status.
  • Build relationships with customers by being responsive, fair and ethical
  • Manage customer’s claims/investigations related to the product clarification, service/product satisfaction
  • Connect with technician/ engineer to ensure all commitments to customers are well communicated and fulfilled
  • Review service agreements in order to manage customer expectations
  • Analyze reports and develop new areas of monitoring for service improvements
  • Timely report to Manager on resources.
  • Provide guidance to some customers about our products (if required)
  • Other duties as assigned

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. University/ college graduation major in Thermal Engineering Technology/ Electrical Engineering or related to Air-conditioning, HVAC discipline..

2. Minimum 3 years and above experience in service function / after sale service in Chiller/ Air conditioning.

3. Accounting the price ever/ Manage spare-part ware house ability ever.

4. Good command of English

5. Self-motivation and keen to learn new things.

6. Able to work in a fast pace environment.

7. Strong written and oral skills to prepare reports and communications with public and partners as well as the customer.

8. Skill of Office software for servicing in work (word, excel, power point…) must be excellent.
